A small bread machine loaf from Robin Hood Flour, modified a little.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) warm water
- 1 1/2 Tbsp (20 mL) butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp (30 mL) skim milk powder
- 2 cups + 2 Tbsp (530 mL) white flour
- 1 Tbsp (15 mL) sugar
- 1 tsp (5 mL) salt
- 1 tsp (5 mL) bread machine yeast
Directions
- Add ingredients to 2-cup machine in order listed.
- Select 1-lb loaf size.
- Select white cycle.
